This 92,490 multi-story school was built on an urban, extremely tight, occupied site which required phasing between two elementary schools, and urban area and wetland. Two schools were blended creating one campus.
Mechanical included installing a geo-thermal heating system, boiler room, plumbing, HVAC, Controls. Enhanced Phasing & Scheduling: By getting materials/equipment on site early, it enabled us to better collaborate with the ironwork sequencing to install prefabricated pipe and equipment to the third floor during the erecting phase of structural steel.
