Pipe Construction is the Prime Mechanical Contractor for the Lynnwood Civic and Justice Center. The project includes demolition with extensive additions and renovations.
Total square footage of this striking new facility will be 64,633 s.f. The 46,312s.f. addition includes: 20,744 s.f. Municipal Court, a 29,971 s.f. 100-bed Jail, and 41,496 s.f. Police Headquarters. Renovated space will take place incourtrooms, court offices and the existing jail.
