This 91,775 s.f. new school for the Kent School District includes three connected school structures, accompanying onsite amenities, include new playgrounds, play fields & off-street parking areas. Pipe Construction is the Prime Mechanical. Services include all underground piping, full management of HVAC, performing all plumbing, piping, connections. We assisted with BIM planning and coordination.
