The new 100,767 s.f. Marysville Civic and Justice Center facility will house Police, Jail, Municipal Court, City Council chambers, City Hall, Community Development and Public Works Engineering offices. The 80,369-square-foot space for courts, police department and a 4-story City Hall, is connected to a 20,848-square-foot jail. The Civic Center marks a return to the town square of historic Marysville city center.
Pipe Construction is the prime mechanical contractor and has capably solved a number of issues around design changes, high water tables, assisting the electrical contractor with equipment, and more.
