33,000 s.f Horace Mann is the oldest school currently in use by SPS. This 33,000 s.f. magnificent historic remodel consisted of a 2-story classroom addition that required ongoing value engineering. It was a total build out of the basement into useable space, improved accessibility, seismic upgrade, new bathrooms on all 3-floorsand upgraded; fire suppression, security, water, electrical, telecom and HVAC systems. A new wing was constructed on the north side of the building with an art room, science lab, and band room.
