Full renovation of the Everett Athletic Building, shared by the Everett Astros, Everett Community College and Everett School District. As the Prime Mechanical, Pipe Construction, Inc. conducted the removal and replacement of HVAC units, HVAC controls, boilers, hydronic pumps and water heaters. They tested and determined what ductwork was to be replaced, saving money by being able to reuse most of the system.

Other work included: Addition of a pad mounted chiller and related hydronic lines; a fire alarm system;
rated enclosure and cable pathway for future installation of a distributed antenna system for first responders. We assisted with other miscellaneous architectural and electrical demolition to support this scope.
