I was particularly impressed with and appreciated [Pipe Construction’s] preconstruction services, through which they participated in our 3d BIM coordination process. We had a tight time frame for our coordination effort as the project was a traditional design-bid-build delivery system. / We had only a few months to fully coordinate a 90,000 SF elementary school with Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Structural Steel, and Architectural models.  /  Thanks in large part to Pipe’s dedication to the process, we did reach a fully coordinated clash free model by our required date. As a testament to the quality of the detailing work, we encountered zero clashes between systems in the field during construction.

If any firm should do design build, it is Pipe Construction.

Pipe Construction is a good example of what is looked for in a preconstruction team. In my estimation, the Pipe Construction team would be an excellent team member for negotiated projects and will provide valuable input as a preconstruction team member.

Based on recent successful experiences with Pipe Construction, Inc. on Cedar Park Elementary, Horace Mann School, and Thornton Creek Elementary; we would recommend Pipe Construction for future mechanical system Division 22 and 23 installations.  Based on our observations of the work performed on these projects, we can confirm that Pipe Construction is capable of   providing quality installations and is responsible in completing their scope within the defined construction schedule.  Pipe Construction has also been observed to be responsive to issues encountered in the field and helpful in supporting the design team and General Contractor in resolution of such issues.‍

This project has a very complicated mechanical system, and [Pipe Construction, Inc's] forethought and organization has made their section of work move seamlessly. They have properly staffed our project to provide a quality product as scheduled. They are helping lead the way to a successful project.

It was evident working with Pipe Construction, Inc. that the crew truly cares about their craft and doing the best work for their clients.  The superintendents and foremen are conscientious and worked as a team with our crews.  (RE: Kent Laboratory Academy).  Our crews really appreciated their collaboration and we would be happy to be on any job with Pipe Construction, Inc.

They put a higher level of thinking into their system layout than most other mechanical subs we have seen. This thoroughness allows for easier maintenance of systems for our Facilities staff.
